UPDATE: 42 hrs and we are still snowed in with 16 inches of snow/ice in our driveway. To advertise and sell 'low maintenance homes' when in fact you don't provide that service is fraud! I was so excited to buy a maintenance free home so my 72 yr old husband would not have to shovel or mow the lawn. WHAT A JOKE! We purchased our new home from Olthof Homes and have been dealing with ongoing water pressure issues since moving in. The water pressure is so low that we cannot run two fixtures at the same time without losing flow. Despite bringing this to their attention multiple times, Olthof Homes has shown no willingness to take responsibility or provide a proper solution. It’s extremely disappointing to experience this level of service and quality in a newly built home.
Zach has been wonderful to work with. He honors his word and is thorough like no other. Always available, and a genuine person overall. He has been the best part of my complete home buying experience. I am enjoying my new home so far. Thank you!
Olthof is more of a bait and switch type company touting about “Exceeding Expectations” the only thing they exceeded was my faith in there ability to handle simple tasks. 1. Drain clogged raw sewage in house first 24hours. 2. Non insulated vents in ceiling causing no joke a waterfall. 3.
