Since they know that they are totally unprofessional, they don't even give you the name of their employees. So you can't complain to Minnesota Board of Medical Practice, and Nursing.
I don’t recommend this Urgent Care at all. I’m very disappointed with the experience my daughter had there and strongly feel that she wasn’t treated correctly medically. She was misdiagnosed. And they don’t even care that that may have caused greater risk. I’ve experienced the most unprofessional behavior from people that I’ve reached out to and to the “supervisor” or whatnot that left me a voicemail.

completely no follow through! they never do anything for me. . is a virus. . . you have to let it pass. . Go to the hospital for an xray bit the urgent care doctor doesn't have ordering privileges at that hospital. . I will never go back there. . It's always the same total lack of care
