Seems like a well kept up nice, quiet park(outword appearances are deceiving). Very overboard with speed limit& stop signs and "No parking on roads-your car will be towed" signs. Went to look at a place for sale...called to ask landlord about ad saying there's issues to be addressed before approval to occupy park, then may buy mobile. The manager was very bothered by the call, told us we had to contact listing agent for that info. You have to really appreciate this older mobile home park! It's very clean. The people seem to really enjoy living there. My only complaint would be the height of the speed bumps! They're huge and can cause my small Cadillac to bottom out! The management must be great, though, because people talk about them as friends not landlords! They are caring and thoughtful about sidewalks and curb gutters that need to be replaced and they take care of their tenants, at least the ones I'm familiar with! I moved here to live with my grandmother a bit ago. I like that the park is quiet and safe for the most part. But they need a better excuse to jack the lot rent each year.
