You have to really appreciate this older mobile home park! It's very clean. The people seem to really enjoy living there. My only complaint would be the height of the speed bumps! They're huge and can cause my small Cadillac to bottom out! The management must be great, though, because people talk about them as friends not landlords! They are caring and thoughtful about sidewalks and curb gutters that need to be replaced and they take care of their tenants, at least the ones I'm familiar with! I moved here to live with my grandmother a bit ago. I like that the park is quiet and safe for the most part. But they need a better excuse to jack the lot rent each year.

It's a great place to live. Quiet and very clean. Everyone is friendly and we all watch out for each other. The staff is wonderful. I have the most wonderful and helpful neighbors.
