Friendly & Helpful Very friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time for doctors at this office is sometimes a little long, but its worth since she spends quality time with each patient and answers any questions thoroughly.
DO NOT RECOMMEND I have taken my children to this practice for the last 18 years. I was very happy with this practice until the last couple of years. There has been high turnover with doctors, you never seem to know who you will get. Also, they nickel and dime you on billing. The last two years I have taken my children in for their yearly physicals. TERRIBLE PRACTICE!!!! Terrible! They are in it for the insurance money and not for the child's best interest! They would make us make appointments when they were unnecessary, send us to contract labs that had NO EXPERIENCE with infants when there was a lab in their same building that was very well experienced. Dr. Roig never made a suggestion on how we can improve our child's health since she deemed it declining, we asked for help and NEVER got it. All of our questions were left unanswered! Poor care We called them twice in one day as my son was doing poorly and wasn't improving after visit the day before to immediate care. I begged them for an appointment but was told to wait 24 hrs. If I had listened, my son would probably be dead. Instead we dashed to emergency 5 HR later and my son ended up in PICU for over a week.
Has gone down hill over the years We've been with the practice too since they opened and we have multiple children with them. We switch back and forth between all three doctors, as they each have their pros and cons.

Not a good place to go Not the right office unless you want a a place where office policy is inflexible and comes before patient care, the Doctors get upset if you call them during off hours, and the purpose of the nurse line is to make appointments.
Excellent I was just there last week and I can tell everyone that I love taking my kids to Fairview Pediatrics.... The nurses are very friend, and very patient, Yeah sometimes the Dr's take a while to attend but is because that's how busy they are.... I love Dr. Forsey she is an amazing pediatrition. My expirience with them are 100% loyal.
