People were very helpful and friendly from receptionists to dental hygienists to Dr. Heather.
Everyone was so friendly! Helpful in explaining things and working through everything.
Love the office and the staff. Very welcoming.
My visit with the hygienist was normal. The problem I have is that I never got to see Dr Hurst!! She wasn’t there! How can I go to the dentist and not even see the dentist? Never in my 50+ years have I gone to the dentist and not seen the dentist. Very strange and disappointing. They didn’t give me a reason other than she wasn’t there. No emergency mentioned. Maybe this is a new way of handling appointments. This is why my ratings are not higher.

Everyone was professional and accommodating and friendly. The waiting room and patient rooms are clean.
Although the staff and hygienist do great work the dentist always seems rushed and doesn’t give the patient the service deserved. After having a cleaning the dentist could not see me for the checkup even though it was scheduled 6 months out. On another visit the dentist drilled and filled the cavity but left another to smooth and finish the job. As she is the only dentist at the practice it leaves me to believe she is more interested in the volume of patients than taking the time to serve her clients well.
I have been coming to Family Dental for over 30 years. They have given me tremendous care!
Fairview Family Dental is an awesome dental practice. The staff is wonderful, courteous, professional and know their jobs. They treat the patient with kindness and consideration during any and all visits. I have recommended this practice to several people and they are all extremely happy making the switch to Fairview Family Dental.
