Doctors don't take the time to actually listen to you. I went in for insomnia and migraines. My migraines were dismissed as stress headaches and the doctor told me taking migraine medicine makes normal headaches worse. Luckily I sought a second opinion elsewhere, migraines diagnosed and guess what the migraine medicine works. The medicine he gave me for insomnia doesn't help. The “Not So Urgent” Urgent Care was a real challenge with my 14M infant. Trying to entertain him for over 45 minutes in an examination room is not an experience I anticipated for a service so titled.
I hated it going there is a joke all cuz I refuse the med I'm allergic to ur going to refuse me anything else so yes I will give u a bad report and I will be calling to complain in the morning your hospital is a fucking joke I won't go again I refuse to go there now
After being diagnosed with bronchitis due to a sinus infection was told to go home and get rest and sleep it off with I. A few hours I got worse then called the Wyoming clinic to get a second opinion. Left my phone number and was told a RN would call back after 2 hours of waiting by the phone and no phone call I went there to the Wyoming clinic only to be told there was no message to anyone and they didn’t even know anything about my phone call. Was seen by CNP Lind on Saturday 1/15 and she instructed me if my sinus infection wasn't better by today Wednesday 1/18 to call the clinic to get a prescription for an antibiotic since it wasn't a full 10 days etc. Now the clinic is trying to make me schedule another appointment just to get an antibiotic for something they knew I had for 7 days prior to being seen. All they want is money. Should have prescribed me an antibiotic the first visit like I told them I needed. So now I've been practically deaf for 10 days and have ... read more
