Absolutely terrible. Rude, snotty receptionist named Emma who says nothing and gives no directions. The waiting room is like check-in at an Italian airport—chaotic, absolutely no rules or boundaries enforced. The entire clinic runs on obfuscation and deception. Unprofessional, biased, misinformed staff that's so bloated with its own hubris I'm surprised it hasn't ruptured. Knew absolutely nothing about Marfan's Syndrome or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Absolutely love my doctor and nurse!!! Dr. Burchby is the best!!! Shes a rockstar she actually listens to you and wants to help you. Her nurses are all amazingly friendly. Even the labs lady tells you everytime you see her that they are all their no matter what even if you fall off call in and they'll get you in asap to help you back up!!! Amazing team and staff!!. Love them!!!
My son has been seeing a psychiatrist for the past 4 months when they called & cancelled his appt for the following day due to a Board Review. If they are unable to see him it would have been nice for them to at least kept the appt for the following day & given us some notice rather than just leaving my son out of meds & having to find a new psychiatrist, which isn't a quick process. As a mother I'm frustrated because my son hasn't been doing well for the past month or so & we had been looking forward to this appt - but now ... read more
