FYI...while waiting for my appointment I overheard the office chitchat that one nurses xxxz will be out for awhile because her son "came down with Covid"
Was just seen and left in room for 30+min for x-ray tech. I was 2nd person in the door when they opened.The Doctor came back to check if I got x-rays and I told him no. This was the first bad sign because a doctor walking back into the room should know and have seen the x-rays before they walk back in to talk with you. after getting x-rays Dr didn't even look at them with me around. I'm not really sure what to think since this visit never happened. I called this clinic to see a new doctor to get a second opinion. I told the reception that I wanted to make an appointment and that I was a brand new patient. She then gave me a lengthy sigh and said "Well then is going to be a long process but okay... Here we go." At this point I felt like was treated like a inconvenience. I told her I didn't want to take up all her time and that ended my experience. Not the best first impression for new clients. I love the atmosphere when im here...the nurses and Doctors are Great! I now live in Brooklyn Center and still drive out to Bloomington for care. Thats how special they are!!
