Rebecca Whittleshit is a very unprofessional, pompous, conceited and unsympathetic therapist. She is rough around the edges and tried to tell me how to parent. My daughter started seeing her, she wouldn’t let me participate in sessions even though that was what was discussed. She tried to or almost did turn my child against me. Don’t use her services. There are much better therapists out there.
We visited the hospital today (9/24/25) for our son's regular check-up and unfortunately encountered a very rude nurse. She barely looked at us, spoke in a muttering and curt tone and was completely unfriendly toward us. Our son's name was even misspelled on the name board, and when we entered the room, my son was looking around near the exam bed out of curiosity. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, but my name was not called until 25 minutes past the scheduled time. When I asked the front desk why it was taking so long, they had no clear answer. What makes this even more frustrating is that during a previous visit, I was refused service for being only 5 minutes late. The inconsistency is very upsetting. Inflexible and callous. I was told my appointment time was 10 AM and to show up 20 minutes early for paperwork. In my entire life, I've never taken 20 minutes to fill medical paperwork out, and that even includes reading through the agreements. I get held up by a meeting at work and am 11 minutes late at 10:11, so I call and they tell me to still come in. I had another meeting at work I canceled to try to make it and when I come in they tell me that because "technically my appointment was at 9:40" it was actually 30 minutes ... read more
My primary care Dr is amazing. She listened regarding my symptoms and continues to provide excellent care. Jessica is amazing.
