I did business with this guy when he operated John R Poore Builders and Randall Homes... With both companies he failed to pay us for labor and materials to the tune of $80,000. I would recommend all to stay away from him and anything he is a part of.
Purchased sf home/lot in Sedgefield 8/30/18 for imminent redevelopment however property looks abandoned & neglected and is now a blight in that spot beside a Montessori school & church. REALLY???!!! Clean it up!
