Most people only take the time to write reviews when they are mad about something. I'm doing the opposite. Small PBM but they have tools that rival the big ones like CVS and employees that care. They helped me navigate a new diagnosis that requires complicated specialty drugs and saved me money in the process.
Have been trying for nearly a month to get their app to send me a token code so I can log in and manage my account. Emailed them, gave them a bunch of info, they said it was fixed. It's not fixed.
