RecommendedI’ve gone in the past but will absolutely be making this my go-to spot from now on. Charlie was incredibly kind and helpful today when I needed some recommendations for cat food and pill pockets for my sick sweetie. Went in there to buy a roll of poop 💩 bags today and the old lady at the cash register threw my change in my hand 🖐 didn’t even say thank you or have a nice day I guess she was mad cause I wanted my change or she just doesn’t like Hispanics
I highly recommend shopping here for just about everything! The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff are so kind and patient. They always answer the phone and take the time to assist you in finding the perfect things you need. I spoke to Julia specifically and she was fantastic! I've been supporting Fairmount Pet for several years and I love it! Can't say enough good things, e.g., high quality choices in food, toys, treats, etc. Most friendly and helpful associates always willing to help with anything you need or any questions you have. They'll special order items if they don't have it in stock and contact you promptly when it arrives. Love this shop! They special order food for us whenever we need more, and Julia always leaves a special little collage/note on our pick-up box (we love them so much!)! Plus, they have adoptable kitties at all times, so they are really consciousness about actually helping needy animals. Highly recommend!
Grateful to have this amazing & generous pet shop in our neighborhood. Staff is very helpful and kind. I'm always happy that they help find homes for adoptable cats through a local rescue. I get all of my cat's favorite food & toys here, and it's nice to visit the adoptable cats in the window. Excellent selection of high quality cat & dog food.
The best. Friendly sales people, adorable cats in the window, a huge selection of food, toys, treats and supplies. Not to mention all the homeless kitties they help place in homes.
I've been in with my dog Zeus a couple of times and everyone is always super nice and helpful!
I love this shop! My pup Maisie and I visited today, tried on a few Halloween costumes, and sampled some healthy, natural dog treats. Never going to Petco again. :)
