Lived here for about 7 months now and it quite nice and everyone mostly keeps to themselves
I've lived here for years, it's pretty nice, the neighborhood is full of wonderful people who are kind, they allow pets, there's a park right next to it as well, they took away the pool which was so much fun though and also recently banned grilling.
I’ve lived Bere since 2015, the neigborhood is very nice and quiet, i have a nice view from my balcony, the only two things i dislike, is that they removed the Pool, and they put in it’s place a patio that no one uses, i miss the Pool, the Second thing i dislike is that this summer they banned the grills in that balcony.
The community is super quiet and peaceful. It’s been a comfortable, stress-free experience so far!
Very happy living at Fairmount Park as: Responsive management (Cheyenne ), good value, close to hiking trails /Mento Brown, large windows with beautiful view, covered parking, quiet residents, new fitness center, semi close to downtown yet away from traffic.... :)
