MY VEHICLE WAS BURGLED AND NEIGHBORS BIKE WAS STOLEN AND STILL NO MANAGERS.Useless management. Been here over a month and not once has a manager been in the office or gotten ahold of us. Have issues that require Managemens attention. Ive even emailed them last month and of course still no reply. You dont get to blame this on hire new employees, cuz that would be total bull. ALREADY BEEN TALKING WITH MY LAWYER. This is NEGLIGENCE.
The apartment complex is in a pretty location. However, Princeton Property Management fraudulently charged my credit card for a screening fee, and then never returned my calls or made a leasing agent available. I made 6 attempts to call, email and even show up to the leasing office to schedule a tour. Nothing. I completed an application, with the understanding that my card would be charged if I was ready to move forward; however, they charged my card and never showed me the unit. The Problem isn't transparency is the fact that you're charging additional fees for a place which we paying to live. If that's not enough money, you can just say you're greedy. We all can see it. Haven't even moved in yet at we are getting told additional fees for bullcrap like PARKING. We have to you pay to have our vehicles at the place we live?! What Kind of HOA power trip are you people on. Yes 1 star because we have to pay to be there and pay to park OUR VEHICLES WHERE WE LIVE! Got great views though.
Management is unable to tell me when basic outdoor maintenance will begin. Windows haven’t been washed for years; walkways and some landings and doors require paint; stairs and buildings require power washing. This should be part of an ongoing maintenance routine. The view is lovely, but hard to appreciate through the dirt. The property looks shabby and neglected. I don’t fault the single, part time handyman. I looked to management for answers and got none.
