I’ve been living in this building for almost 6 years here with my family and I can honestly say there have been many positive improvements since Rachelle took over as manager. She is proactive, approachable, and truly dedicated. She gets things done and always looks out for the safety and well-being of the residents. One thing that really stands out is her attention to detail. especially this winter time. Rachel is an excellent building manager. She is very diligent, attentive to our needs, and always willing to help. Her communication is clear, and she consistently follows up to make sure everything is resolved. Rachel is also very friendly and approachable, which makes living in the building a much better experience. I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism.

My moving was done by Rachel. She is very reliable , punctual and understanding person. Unit was clean and tidy. Only issue I face that there was no lights in the bedrooms , although there is switch board present. I’m also aware of the snow cleaning issue in this buildings , I hope with Rachel as a building manager now, things will be different. I’m looking forward to my stay here. Best of luck Rachel.

If I could give negative stars I would. Since mainstreet has taken over, this place has gone to hell. They don't remove snow, mow the lawn, clean up garbage, or clean the hallways. Mainstreet are slumlords, who only want to increase costs for tenants with near to no maintenance or upkeep. If you have a choice to rent elsewhere, I would. Pretty sad when Avenue living is the better option.
