The spa was absolutely fabulous! Everything from the staff, cleanliness, customer service and experience was wonderful. We had a couples massage and our two masseuse were fabulous. They were communicative without being consuming. It was so relaxing and the whole facility was just fabulous. I loved how there were only few people there so I could really enjoy. The staff who gave the tour was thorough and we felt well taken care of! Amazing experience.
5 stars for the spa, always some of the best massages in town. All of the therapists and front lobby staff are great. Massage tables are amazing. Valet is free I’d give negative stars to the valet if I could. I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 20 mins for my car.
A wonderful spa at Fairmont Century Plaza — the perfect place for total relaxation. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and from the very first moments you feel truly welcomed and cared for. An excellent spa that you truly want to come back to. The atmosphere is very cozy, calm, and relaxing. I immediately noticed how clean everything was. All the saunas were perfectly clean and well maintained. Absolutely everything is provided, from robes and slippers to women’s essentials, so there is no need to bring anything with you. I had a truly wonderful experience at the Fairmont Spa. From the moment you walk in, everything feels calm, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed for real relaxation.
