Omg THE BR facial.... with Ingrid is literally stepping into a dream. Facial's at hotels can be a hit or miss & I find only to be as good as the provider's skill level & understanding of skin care or how to be gentle with towels. The I love this spa & can't wait to do another facial w/ Ingrid. Still feel like I'm getting the facial... still so relaxed.

The spa was absolutely fabulous! Everything from the staff, cleanliness, customer service and experience was wonderful. We had a couples massage and our two masseuse were fabulous. They were communicative without being consuming. It was so relaxing and the whole facility was just fabulous. I loved how there were only few people there so I could really enjoy. The staff who gave the tour was thorough and we felt well taken care of! Amazing experience.
5 stars for the spa, always some of the best massages in town. All of the therapists and front lobby staff are great. Massage tables are amazing. Valet is free I’d give negative stars to the valet if I could. I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 20 mins for my car.
