Relaxing, great service, pedicure was amazing, amenities were great
Great Hotel but check in / out and Spa experiences were very poor
From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out I was truly in the best hands. Doménica and Citlalli checked me at the front with ease and were very welcoming. Sandra and Estella kept the facilities spotless during my visit as well as being very attentive to all the guests. I received a massage by Kelly and WOW… I feel beyond refreshed and reset. Just had the best massage by Bernice, she was so knowledgeable and attentive to the spots that needed the most work. I feel amazing after the massage. I was so relaxed! The spa facilities are also quite nice, sauna and steam room are good temperatures and the complimentary snacks and drinks are a nice bonus. Well worth the price for the whole experience.
My fiancé booked me a 100 min bespoke massage for our anniversary, and Sara C. delivered the best massage I have ever received - and I know my way around massages! The spa has an amazing and relaxing ambiance that made me sad to leave, but I especially recommend Sara C!
