Fairmont Property Management is involved in mail fraud, a felony. This is a well thought out elaborate scam. This is how it starts: 1. Fairmont goes up on rent. 2. Then they don’t enable the computer to take the proper amount of rent. 3. The tenant is unaware anything is wrong. 4. The manager disappears for 3 to 4 months. I stay at Preserve at Longview and the property manager very rude and unprofessional. The demander that she has is very ugly only with not so friendly smile. When you you go to the office to talk to her, she has that same appearance. When you stand up to by not letting her rudeness to be acceptable she will call the police .
