I had come to New York and booked The Plaza hotel for 2 nights had very bad experience. We had broke our stay in two parts and had gone to Washington for 2 days and returned back on 9 February and had to vacant on 10 February. As we had to checkout on 10 February around 12 noon But reception and service manager was to rude and kind of works used wasn’t expected. We weren’t allowed to access our luggage and had locked the room. This was worst experience with serious people from Qatar and wasn’t expecting such kind of service.

My mom and I came here on our mother daughter trip because it’s been a dream of mine since I was a little girl! The staff was so amazing and the door man Kevin and the bartender in the rose room Sean were so hospitable and welcoming to the mother daughter duo from Austin TX! Dream come true!
