To many basic needs issues!!! Every place will have issues but we had too many...everyday. One late night after mom was approved to walk to the bathroom with escort (not assistance) the CNA, after the help button was pressed for an hour, came in with attitude, said I don't have time for this, stripped off her bottoms and pull ups, stuff a bedpan under her, came back a half hour later, took out the bedpan, did not dress her bottom half and left.
