The beginning process of signing my lease here took way too long. A lot of going back and forth with unnecessary emails. The office staff seem to be nice in the beginning when they WANT YOUR MONEY but lack customer service skills when it comes to asking them for things. It’s almost like your annoying them if there is an “issue” with anything. I've lived at The Fairmont for 2 years, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. After living with some awful property managers, Brian and Carrie were such a breath of fresh air. Both of them were always super helpful whenever I had issues come up. As far as the actual complex goes, I love the atmosphere that comes from being a few steps away from Willow Creek trail - the birds are always singing in the spring and summer. 3/21/25 - The Fairmont at Willow Creek, is a great place to live. The atmosphere is quiet, well kept, nice people, and great management. The gym and pool area are also well kept and very nice. I would highly recommend living at the Fairmont and the location in Folsom is excellent!
Living in Fairmont at Willow Creek for the past seven years has been a rewarding and comfortable experience. The location is convenient, and the space itself has provided a great balance of comfort and functionality. Love living here! The community is relatively quiet for an apartment complex and sits right next to local trails with ponds and creeks. The management and maintenance staff are great. They are always responsive, friendly, and extremely timely when addressing any requests or issues. Whether it’s a simple question or a maintenance request, I always feel well taken care of.
