Overall a pretty good experience. Low crime, nice buildings, decent price. Raised our rent 6% in one year, the pool closes now and then for maintenance and I’ve emailed management a couple times about a car alarm that keeps going off but no response. Whenever I have a maintenance request, they show up promptly and do a good job fixing it. Don’t count on working on your car in the parking lot here, it’s against the lease unfortunately.
I love it here!! We have been living here for about 4 months. Everyone that works here is very nice and our neighbors are friendly. Pet friendly!! Beautiful areas to take walks walking distance. Great pool area and you can bbq by the pool too!!
I have been at Fairmont for a couple months now and have had a great experience so far. Staff is friendly, extremely prompt, and genuinely cares about residents. Apartment complex is always clean and safe, with a family friendly environment! If there are any issues at all within the complex, staff immediately addresses it and handles the problem. (And dog friendly with a well maintained park!)
This place is always quiet and the maintenance comes the day after you put in a request, if not the day of. I love living here!
We've been enjoying living here since Nov '24, customer service is good and responsive to maintenance requests. There are tons of walking trails nearby with the Willow Creek Nature Preserve. We feel safe here, but don't leave your bikes out on the bike racks, we've seen bikes disappear. The reason for 4 stars is because of 2 things: 1st is poor ventilation in the kitchen due to an over-the-range microwave range hood with a recirculating ventilation system instead of being vented externally (this makes it smell like whatever ... read more
