UPDATE: at the time of this writing this building is suffering from a bed bug infestation. I know this because I recently found some in my suite. No notice was given to the tenants that such an infestation was present. So no precautions could be taken to help prevent the spread in to other suites. The so far ineffective "low cost exterminator" (as it was proudly displayed on the truck) has failed to resolve this problem.
