We are current residents and have had so many issues with maintenance and our air conditioning unit leaking that we finally took a look in our unit ourselves and found it to be rusted, corroded, molded, gross, and full of shotty patching jobs. Due to the condition of our A/C unit both tennents and a guest in our home have become sick to the point of being sent home from work.

This place is terrible . the AC sucked all summer , infested with mice, when complained was handed a sticky trap. I bought my own and was catching 8 to 10 a week. My neighbor was a dealer with aids. and kept us up all night so had to move my bed to the livingroom . Walked out on our lease when I cut my foot and ended up in a boot because no matter how much you mop it doesn't keep the rat puss up and roaches the exterminator was a joke. Rats, bedbugs, roaches never repair problems now have started surveillance on tenants with individual people following and reporting on tenants tried to raise rent by 70-90$ a month
The worst place you could ever live. Serious bug problem, my ac vent has been leaking for two weeks without any help from management. It always smells like garbage in the hallways. They spend all their money for the lobby area instead of anything for the actual residents.
Get rid of the bugs and mice. Spend less money on the lobby and more on the hallways of the apartments.
Rat infestation. Rusted, leaky pipes, holes in walls. Air conditioning filter is so dirty the vent cover is literally bulging. Desperatly trying to help my friend find another place...
