I bought a Nissan Altima a month ago it has been in the shop twice the second time it was towed the car came with a warranty but I can’t find a shop that the warranty will pay the rates so now I’m stuck with a dead car with a bad alternator and I call them and told them my situation and I’m afraid I bought a lemon and said I will contact an attorney if they won’t stand behind their vehicles they hung up on me and told me do what I need to do...they are nice till they get the sale

Paul Stevens is a very disrespectful sales rep.Very unprofressional and disgusting. He has been calling my mother in law today from his cell phone because I am pretty sure his job line has recorded lines and has been harassing her. She was inquiring about trading out of her vehicle for a pre owned vehicle and he was so disrespectful to her and told her that her car is worthless and that they didn't want to accept her trade. This was by far one of the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had. When I felt discouraged they made sure to do everything in their power to take that feeling away. I was so amazed how everyone worked together and worked with me. I am truly grateful and I don't think I would ever look at another dealership again. P.S. I will be sending a few customers their way soon.
