Lindsay Chappell was friendly, efficient and professional. If you are a new patient, you must either provide a credit card to be put on file OR you can simply pay a $100 deposit. Per the document I signed, any unused portion of that deposit may be refunded to you later. No headache or hassle for not putting the credit card on file, and the staff up front were able to run a one-time $100 deposit (also on my credit card) easily.
