I would not recommend this place. We bought a mobile home from them and they evicted us so they could get the trailer back we had 30 days to move it to another park and they did the same thing. Finally we gave up and took a loss and sold it for a lot less than we paid for it.
this place is a joke !!! All of the employees manipulate each other and it's residencies ! The security guard is a felon and carries a gun .. How is the possible !!!l

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it. My husband is security and has helped clean this place up calling law if need be. The current management team are the best so far. Yes we have been through 3 since I been here but a lot has changed. Yes if you don't pay your rent they evict you but that's every where . If calls are made to the office in a timely manner and a agreement is in place than the maintenance team gets the job done. Overall a great place to live ..
Management changes every 3 months,they all promise they will fix stuff and never follow through.
