I have a beautiful clean place with smart home options, and management and maintenance are both very helpful!
So they went up on the rent as if it’s not already high. They act like they’re located next to a beach when no they’re located next to a noisy train. I don’t understand why they think it’s OK to ask for more. Now half of the people are moving out or getting put out because they can’t afford the new rent. The train is so loud you can’t sleep and the apartments are small as heck it’s literally a dorm room! Not worth it. They obviously don’t care about the people living there.
