I recommend you to look else where if you have children the office staff is rude they never repair anything. Maintanence man is the worse hes just looking for the single woman so he can sleep with them. Hes been complain about and still remains employed, not kid friendly at all. when the feel like it they will lock the facilities such as the pool and laundry room even if you have a key is useless. I would not recommend or refer any one to this apartment complex. It is really far from everything plus the people are rude and not helpful. They dont care about the tenents and they dont try to find out the problem and their are many problems. I hated it for the time I was there.
i used to live there with my little brother...my door was kicked in while i was at work came home early and had to fight for my belongings and then they tried to evict me for fighting i went to the houston police department got every police repot ever made from that apartment complex went to court case was dismissed and charges dropped they just wanted me to vacate judge gave me 30 days to move had to pay rent up to date and court coast i moved to lake forrest awsome place to live by the way...anyways had to get a letter fax... read more
okay, we go in to get our keys and the "forgot to call" and tell us they HAVENT painted, put the fridge in, or micorwave, stem cleaned the floors, or even put the blinds up. a drwaer was missing, idk it was just gross, then they go and fix it the next day. and we walk in after they were done, and the floors STILL wernt stem cleaned so we call and they say oh we "forgot" soo there up there right now cleaning them so yeah. there disgusting and the WORST place by far.
I dont recommend! Its all awful TRASH GREEN POOL RUDE OFFICE STAFF NO MAINT. AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS RESIDENTS DONT WATCH THEIR KIDS Im over it!
At this current time I am still waiting for things to get fixed in my apartment after several more requests. Also there are several security lights out and they refuse to replace them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If at all possible do not move here. I moved in in May 2010, The guys were still cleaning as we were moving in, which is fine, at least I know it was cleaned. Huffman school district is wonderful and expanding. Fairlake Cove apts. are very nice and I would reccommend them to anyone who is in search of a new apartment to call home.
This is not a good place to live the office people are very rude. The maintance man does not do a good job at all just look around. The halls in these apartments are nasty and they never blow them out are anything, the spiders are all over the place. This should be called the web apartments I will be glad when Oct. comes so I can move out.
I think these apartments are very pretty but when you have leasing staff who curse you and treat you like crap it gets old!!! when you ask for the coorp office number the older one says she is the coorporate and if you have a problem deal with her!!! They dont fix anything right away , they tell you that they have exterminated and they havent, I think they need to have some people go down there and watch the staff and how they treat people!!!
