I’ve been here for about 3 months and love it . The staff is great. Anytime you need something they are right there.
Fairington is a great place to live. The staff are available when we have a question or problem. A +. Keep up the good work. Also, neighbors are like extended family.
Great place, wonderful service and location. The manager is very kind and friendly . She takes the time to make sure all my questions are answered and my needs are met. The grounds are very nice they do a good job keeping the place nice.
Melody is our new Property Manager and she does a wonderful job. The maintenance guys do a great job keeping our property looking beautiful. The Service Coordinator, Beth, helps me with any problem I have. She has a big heart and is very special. This is the best place to live.

Fairington Apartments of Roanoke has taken major steps forward in positivity and kindness among the residents since our new property manager has arrived. It’s a trickledown affect. It is wonderful to be treated with respect as the adults and senior citizens that we are. Please look into joining our community. It is now worth the wait.
Just wanted to say in the short time our new Property Manager has been here, she has improved our community. Our Service Coordinator is super and always cheerful and helpful. She does everything with a smile on her face. Thank you Beth!
The Service Coordinator is always willing to help at all times. Shes always accomodating and very helpful. The Maintenance department keeps the grounds looking beautiful. I'm very happy living here.
