Well maintained. Good home
RecommendedI’ve been living here for a few months now and I love it! I looked at several places before choosing Fairington but I’m so blessed and thankful that I was approved for an apartment here. The staff and residents that I’ve met so far are very nice and welcoming. There are several activities arranged for us and the Service Coordinator, Heather is very good at her job and helpful with answering questions about benefits and other services. You can’t go wrong by choosing Fairington as your home!

Awesome place to live. Loving , caring people. Beautifully maintained. Anything goes wrong , no matter how small , they are right there to take care of it The staff is incredible. You will be very happy if you're lucky enough to live here !!!

I love living in fairington apartments so quite and peaceful very big inside my apartment everyone friendly we all one happy family everyone keep to their self we really don't see one another at all they are really Senior HUD apartments low income nice and clean no kids can have a pet age 62 to get a apartment base on income low rent like living in your on house you would love
