Not a normal nursery at all and wanted people to know that. The owner is very interesting - helpful but talks too much for me. He's made a cool garden. He says this is his final year and he's closing. Very limited inventory and mostly specialty plants that aren't priced. If you're looking for a place to pick up flowers, vegetables, shrubs, etc this isn't it. If you're looking for local flavor and quirky native plants this is for you.
Just went here thanks to a Groupon promotion, and the owner was absolutely fantastic. It's located in the back garden space of a home, but don't let that fool you... the plants are glorious and you can't beat the prices. Stayed for over an hour chatting with the owner and learned tons!
Great place. Fun to walk around. More Expensive than other places, but quality products.
Not only choice hardy plants, but an atmosphere certainly worth exploring! This place is filled with uniquely and deliberately planted specimens that can fill any green space with what you're looking for. 6 stars, for sure.
