hire more maintenance for blue Elm united. i have things that cannot be fixed because lack of help..but in my lease says we are not suppose to live a certain way
I put down a deposit for Coppersmith Village in East Boston and since there have been so many delays in construction and no CoO, I decided to rent elsewhere. I asked for my holding deposit of $500 back and got a response on June 4th saying that it would be returned via certified mail. It is now June 14th and I have not recieved my money back. What a pathetic business.
Very unprofessional I was at top of waitlist for Framingham Peabody property (ladies name I had intake with was Waleska Pagan) ... and I seen the apartment, had my intake , gathered everything(documentation) I needed and also was recommended to start a payment plan with credit card to build my credit even more ... she told me everything was looking really good and all I had to wait for was proof of residency paperwork to show up in my friends mailbox that I used to live with.... mind you she just got that paperwork in her ma... read more
