If you looking for a property management this company should be your last resort.. I stay on one of the property they manage they have a horrible service to the people living on the property they managed. Giving the residents false time and information on service like water and essential services you wee all neee in a every day basis..
Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I scheduled viewings for two apartments, both supposedly ready and available. For the first one, I was given a lockbox code to pick up the keys, but the code didn’t work. I tried calling and texting multiple numbers—they didn’t respond at all. For the second apartment, I was given an address that doesn’t even exist. I spent the entire day trying to get in contact with someone—calling, texting, being transferred multiple times—and no one answered. If this is how they treat new... read more
This has been the least responsive property management company I have rented from. Communication is inconsistent, and tenant concerns often go unanswered unless the issue is minor or straightforward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.
Extremely unresponsive to tenant requests- maintenance requests have taken weeks to months to get a technician out. Do not recommend living in one of this company’s properties.
