DO NOT RENT HERE! I wish I had taken time to read Fairgrove's reviews before signing a lease. This is the worst property management I have ever experienced. I think the newly renovated apartments and location tend to trick interested renters (it certainly tricked me) into signing a lease. Be warned- working with Fairgrove on any issue (maintenance or otherwise) is a nightmare. When are you going to fix the gates to my friend ralfy's place. He pays over 80 percent of his income to live in your apartments which is wild you have sent unanswered emails which states no repairs in any upcoming dates but his car has been broken into homeless now have a place to sleep and or break in to his community has garage is left open and elevator is unsecured leaving open access to any and everyone. Please tell your employee "RB" Robert bogstad to stop wandering around the property with his clothes off. He will get you sued for sexual harassment... or something.
This is the WORST property management ever. They are not following the law when it comes to security deposits and their lack of communication is the worst I have ever experienced. I would not move in if your considering any of their properties.
Just please ask Mr Bogstad to stop wandering around the property half-naked in the summertime.
