This company scammed me. They promised me the home if I put in our applications. Each application fee was $62 and we’re a family of 5. So I ended up paying $310 for application fees thinking they will give me the home. A few days later I got a email “ sorry the home is no longer available”. I would not recommend renting from Fairgrove Property Management based on my experience. Communication with tenants has been very poor. I've had an unresolved trash issue for over four weeks, and despite multiple attempts to get it addressed, it still hasn't been resolved. I hope they improve their responsiveness and tenant support in the future.
