The worst company I've ever worked for. They don't care about their employees, but if they discriminate against you for being Mexican, they might recommend that you look for another job instead of offering better solutions. It doesn't matter how good you are or how much experience you have. If you're not liked, they want you out or make your life miserable.
The property of Winona Avenue there are neighbors that live above me that make noise all night I can't get any sleep. Several times this was reported to the onsite manager. The noise is hard to hear because it's very low frequency, it shakes the walls and then my floor gets shook and keeps me awake. Also I noticed different cars parking in the parking space at different times of the day. It's in number 12. This has been going on for *4 years*. I told the onsite manager and she keeps saying she can't do anything about it.
Ever since this company took over our apartment complex, we have had so many issues. Ridiculous parking rules and poor maintenance. Office managers are never on site. Not to mention that when we bring up issues to the managers, we need to remind them multiple times and threaten to leave before anything is done to resolve issues. I am so grateful for this management company. They are SO professional. My family and I were in a unique situation where we had a couple weeks to secure a spot. We found the house we wanted to rent and they made the application process QUICK and seamless. They are quick with fulfilling maintenance requests as well. Unfortunately the brand new fridge that we had stopped working. They ensured we received a new fridge promptly and credited us when we had to replace the food we lost.
