Although the issue was not fully resolved, the cost to do so was not worth it and there was no guarantee it would fix the issue. I am very pleased to finally know for sure what the issue is. There is a work around so it was not important to me to put any extra money into it. For Those asking, it was a USB issue where the port would shut down, but only with my phone. This was the quickest trade in that I have ever been in with a dealership!!! Came in 10am sharp on a SUNDAY, and in under 2 hours, I traded in my truck for a brand new GMC. There was no pressure at all.
Getting my GMC terrain was asleep song & dance as couldn't make it to Keene, so it was brought to me & after a couple of days knew it was the car fir us...paperwork & all done the same way & Fairfield workers went over & beyond for us ( Love feeling special & pleased!!!).
