Took our older Cadillac to Fairfield’s in Keene, one hour away, for a GM recall and was dreading the wait which the dealership estimated would be 2 hours. I’m sorry I did not get the names of the two people on service desk who were helpful, friendly and courteous. The estimated wait time was spot on. I arrived at 1pm and was driving away at 3pm. Fantastic experience working with Jennifer to purchase our new vehicle. Also, solid customer service post purchase too!
For anyone living outside of New Hampshire please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a vehicle. This dealership uses a company called “Beacon” to do their out-of-state paperwork and they are beyond horrible. It’s been a month and I still have no received my registration for my vehicle. The dealership is of no help and will provide no solution this issue. On top of that they sold me a vehicle with a known issue with the rear parking sensors. Once again, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
