Dr. Whitby and his staff are unfailingly friendly, professional and kind. When we were on vacation, they addressed the needs of one of our dogs until we could return. We deeply appreciate taking our dogs to this veteinary hospital. They are dependable and gave solid advice while helping us make the right decision for one of our beloved dogs.
Dr Summers is an amazing vet. We started taking our 15 year old dog to see her this year. She has seen her on two separate emergencies. In May my dog was acting sick and Dr Summers fitted her in that day to see her. She ended up needing an emergency surgery that she did that day. And tonight my dog was not feeling well and I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow morning but the vet tech called me back and said Dr Summers would see her before they closed and stayed after hours to treat her. Dr. Summers has been our vet for many years. She is so kind, understanding and knowledgeable. She has seen us through loosing our pet at home with care and love and been there for us through two other pet members of our family. Dr. Summers calls to check on our dog and we feel like a family member has taken us in. The office staff is friendly, professional and always helpful. We really appreciate the care we receive there. I have gone to quite a few vets over the years for my many Great Danes that I have owned. Though most of the vets I have gone to have been good experiences this vet stands apart from others I have been to. Had a very positive experience yesterday with Dr Sommers. I called in the am because my sweet old Beagle isn't well and has been having some scary symptoms. They got her an appt in the early afternoon. A series of tests were run. We still aren't sure what is going on. But the staff was lovely.
