Very nice and quiet place to live!
I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately shortly after moving in, in February, a team of workers showed up out of the blue to work on the foundation on our building. We received NO PRIOR NOTICE yet we had to let them begin. The next few weeks were filled with inescapable construction noise. Once they finished there were cracks on the walls that were patched and painted over. However, since then, new cracks have formed as well as noticeable cracks on the flooring. The ladies in the office have been a great help. Always friendly and willing to help. I am truly blessed to call this place home.
They stole a package from me! It was marked delivered at the office but they told me they “don’t accept packages and sent it back” now I can’t get a refund for my missing package cause it was marked delivered instead of returned! Ever since I moved here I haven’t been able to get my mail properly! Also tenants litter like they get paid for it!
