What can I say, but a HUGE thank you! On my way to Oakland for work I got a flat tire, I was able to slowly get off the freeway and get air at the nearest gas station who directed me to Costco just a mile away to get my tire fixed. Once at Costco they told me they couldn't help me unless I purchased a 75 dollar yearly membership! They gave me a surprise bill. I told them I wasn't told anything about paying this bill or fee. He then said he thought he was doing me a favor and assumed I wanted my car fixed right. Its unbelievable that there's still shops pulling out hidden fees to scam people.
