Beacon on Charles. I live in a Fairfield apartment facing Charles River on Beacon in the Back Bay and love it. Been here 5 years along with most my neighbors. Friend tell me to let them know when I move out!
Worst renting experience ever – If there is an option of 0 star, I'll give that to Fairfield. Fairfield's female receptionist and the realtor Paul are two of the worst person I've met in Boston, EVER. They never respond to any of your renting problem and can do nothing but accepting rent every month. Best deal Back Bay Funny, I live in a 1 bed riverside Beacon St at Dartmouth for reasonable rent. No complaints!
. Unhappy and frustrated! I too am so upset at the empty promises this place makes. Rents may be cheaper than your average in Back Bay, but I'd rather have a realtor that can help with an easy task (I lost a friggn key) than tell me "YA I'll give you a call back" and then shuts his phone off!! I've contacted them over 6 times about the same thing! They are unprofessional and rude. Unbelievable.
Great to deal with- still happy after 11 months. Lets face it- the Real Estate industry is shady, and they only care about making a buck. If they can trash another broker & hope to take their business, they will. After dealing with half a dozen bait-and-switch realtors on Craigslist, I met Paul, VP of Fairfield. Awful experience I rented from Fairfield and never have I ever been so disgusted with the rudeness and unprofessional attitude a realtor and his superior used. They not only made empty promises, but appeared to be accommodating and helpful until they received our checks. Once they had our money, we were yelled at over the phone and what we were told was not done, leaving us in an apartment that was dirty and unhealthy. I would never use them again and as soon as my lease is up I am moving out.
Unprofessional Scumbags. This group of "realtors" is by far the worst I have ever encountered. They are beyond unprofessional, rude and all around ludicrous. DO NOT use them!
Cheap. Very. Cheap. In my mission to find an obnoxiously cheap studio apartment in Back Bay, Fairfield was the destination. They specialize in cheap-o studios and one-bedrooms in Boston's wealthiest neighborhoods. They say location is everything, and it truly is. Now, I have people jealous of my address, a nifty and pretty decent quality living quarter, and landlords that are really liberal about their property (I got to paint!).
