We made a mistake by living here. Don't do the same. The security is allowed to do as they please. The HOA office does not know anything about the fish in the ponds. The residents subsidize a golf course to the tune of millions and then have to pay way to much to use it. By far the worst community I have lived in all because of this HOA. We will RUN not walk to buy a house elsewhere. Living here was a huge mistake.

Can't get in without forfeiting your license to the civilian guards at the booth. Seems shady and illegal, when all I want to do is see a friend and I have a pass with a QR code that they don't bother to scan.

I have lived here for about 8 years now and it's a pretty quiet place to live for the most part, at least where I live. The pools and the beach are clean and have friendly employees. Having kids there are activities they can do like the pools, beach, playground. The golf course is nice and well kept, as well as the driving range. The spa is fairly quick to respond to any calls and are friendly when approached. Good place to be.

Love the beauty of Fairfield. I do not like the fact that dues rise yearly with no limit in site. I would love to see an audit of financial records and this place really looked into where the money really goes. We have no proof of anything just a yearly budget sheet we get right before they hold their hand out to take our money and if we dont pay have to ask to be let in to go home and a lein gets put on our house. Where is the accountability for them??? There is no improvement within the community...

I live here and find it to be a decent place to call home. POA fees rise yearly with no value added IMO. If you golf, you’re in good stead as your fees are kept low by others who don’t yet support the clubhouse’s operations through their yearly assessment. Been asking for my street to be treated like all the others which were paved two summers ago but have yet to get one splotch of asphalt laid as promised.
