Front gate is absolutely terrible weather it's for seeing family friends or for work. Even if you have the homeowner on the phone,, confirm the number or have code for them to scan. Took 3 tries to get in. Makes everyone's life harder than it needs to be. Not to mention the row of cars 10 back

I have lived here for about 8 years now and it's a pretty quiet place to live for the most part, at least where I live. The pools and the beach are clean and have friendly employees. Having kids there are activities they can do like the pools, beach, playground. The golf course is nice and well kept, as well as the driving range. The spa is fairly quick to respond to any calls and are friendly when approached. Good place to be.

We made a mistake by living here. Don't do the same. The security is allowed to do as they please. The HOA office does not know anything about the fish in the ponds. The residents subsidize a golf course to the tune of millions and then have to pay way to much to use it. By far the worst community I have lived in all because of this HOA. We will RUN not walk to buy a house elsewhere. Living here was a huge mistake.

Tammy (front desk clerk) was utterly lovely in assisting me when I found stains on the bed runner and duvet, as well as hair (not mine) on the bedsheets in the unit I was originally assigned. The supervisor, (once Tammy informed him of my concerns) suggested I use the extra bedding in the unit to change the bed MYSELF. Once I told her that was unacceptable, she invited me to come to the office to get new keys (at which time I showed her pics of the stains and hair in my bed), and she placed me in a new unit.
