I had the misfortune to move into one of their properties in Rockville Centre end of October, 2020. Since move-in it has been absolutely awful. The apartment is nicely refinished, but with every day it gets clearer and clearer of all the cover ups of water leaks inside the walls, cracked foundation leaving crown molding looking like it will fall down at any moment. cracks in walls, floortiles are popping up everywhere. plumbing issues, hot water issues.
