I would have given a minus zero if I could. The worst place in the world to live . The carpets are filty , you can hear and smell the rats in the lobby . the help is nasty . The noise from the street is unbearable. The carpets are a mess. The garbage stinks all the time . The water smells . The fire alarms go off when you are cooking . Poorly manged. The front desk thinks they are running a correctional facility. Trust me , live anywhere BUT here .
I’ve been living at Avalon Glen Cove for 4 years.I just want to give Louis in maintenance the highest praise.He is professional,efficient and very kind.
