Living here has been one of the most frustrating and unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had with housing. If you want to deal with staff who make daily life stressful, uncomfortable, and downright exhausting, this is the place. Dominic, from maintenance, has consistently been one of the most difficult people to interact with in my personal experience. I reside at The Tudors in North Babylon. When I called the office and spoke with Evanka and the Leasing Director, I was advised that the only way they would allow me to be released from the lease was if I provided a police report, due to a domestic violence incident. If I could leave zero stars I would! Took me over a month to get a response back in regard to one of the Fairfield locations. Carol emailed me  and when I messaged her back there was no response. Funny part about it is when my partner and myself ended up calling her from another number she decided to answer. This is just the start, she then scheduled to meet us just to no show and basically ignored all my messages. Probably one of the most unprofessional places I ever contacted in reference to renting.

I would have given a minus zero if I could. The worst place in the world to live . The carpets are filty , you can hear and smell the rats in the lobby . the help is nasty . The noise from the street is unbearable. The carpets are a mess. The garbage stinks all the time . The water smells . The fire alarms go off when you are cooking . Poorly manged. The front desk thinks they are running a correctional facility. Trust me , live anywhere BUT here .

They stole 2629.00 of my money. Gave me at roach inff apart. i gave them back they keys in 3 days of getting the place and now they wont give me back my money. I been called them i keep getting the run around and they tell me they are looking into it. I will never deal with place ever again. I see they are in trouble with the government over this as well!!! guess they are not learning their lesson

If I could write a review and give no stars I absolutely would. This is the first time that I've rented since moving to Long Island over 20 years ago. Fairfield was definitely not my first choice but I needed to move on short notice. To date I have had so many issues living on Fairfield property from neighbors damaging my vehicle, to Property Management denying me maintenance services, super walking into my unit while I was not dressed and now they are refusing to repair or replace a broken AC. This company has stolen my $400 good faith deposit and has tried to lie to keep it. I messaged the agent, Carol Tortora, a few hours after leaving the deposit to let her know I would like to withdraw my application. After not hearing back from her, I further inquired with the (rude) Fairfield office workers, who claimed Carol had never issued and refund and that I waited over 48 hours to cancel (big lie - I have proof that says otherwise). This was over a month ago and nothing has been refunded. They lied and said I waited more than 48 hours to cancel, which is incorrect and Carol confirmed this herself, as well as me having physical proof of cancelling well before 48 hours. I left 3 messages , called their phone number repetitively, then spoke to their main office who gave me another phone to call and left another message; all to try and rent an apartment. Wow
