Paid for tint thru an ad they had on instagram then they would not complete the work so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
They do good work but very poor customer service. When I called to confirm after booking the appt to confirm how long thr work js they said 2-3 hrs coz i need to plan ahead. They could’ve communicated well that they will be calling once the car is ready and not tell us to comeback in 4-5 hours when my husband came to the shop. I added the extra $19.99 when I booked this appt for a same day service which in reality we could’ve just left the car overnight if we knew it will take more than 5 hours and just saved that extra fee.... read more
