Very poor transparency from a business that specializes in windows. Their advertised price online is SIGNIFICANTLY different from what they’ll try to make you pay once you get in store. I purchased a bundle which said it covers 5 windows including wing windows and a visor strip, but once I got in store I was told by the rep that because of my wing windows I was going to have to pay for 7 windows and the price would be increasing by a factor of almost 2x. Booked an appointment and didn't even end up using their services.. It would have been nice to know that their $129 special to do the back windows, back side panel window, back rear window (and if adding drivers and passanger windows, $80 more, so $209 for all) Well at least the lady on the phone said $80 more to do the passanger and drivers side windows too but when my husband asked the guy in Fairfield in person he suddenly said $100! Highly recommended, Wess was very negotiable and helpful through the process of what tint you should get. The outcome of the tints were very prestige and made my car ten times cooler.
Paid for tint thru an ad they had on instagram then they would not complete the work so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
