For a cheap hotel from the Marriott chain, this is a good one - halfway through Toronto and Niagara Falls, close to the highway. Restaurants nearby, breakfast was good. For a 1-night stay as a pitstop location, it's perfect. Staff was friendly.
This hotels horrible - they have zero communication skills - I had a reservation which was cancelled via Expedia that over month later - this hotel charged my debit card & sent me a bill. No phone call - no email to confirm. However they claim they don’t accept debit cards as a form of payment so not sure why they can force through a charge on my debit card but not accept in person.
