Coffee is worse than lousy. Tastes like colored water. At the front desk, instead of being helpful, the young woman was defensive saying no one’s complained before. Really? It’s a HOSPITALITY business. She was supposed to be helpful. This particular person had an attitude that had nothing to do with helpful.
Great location, beautiful hotel and the staff was exceptional.
