Coffee is worse than lousy. Tastes like colored water. At the front desk, instead of being helpful, the young woman was defensive saying no one’s complained before. Really? It’s a HOSPITALITY business. She was supposed to be helpful. This particular person had an attitude that had nothing to do with helpful.

After a long day of motorcycle riding in the heat, we were looking forward to getting into our room and enjoying the AC. Unfortunately, when we walked in, the AC wasn’t turned on, and the room was quite hot. The bed was also less comfortable than what we experienced at other hotels we’ve stayed in, which was disappointing. Very convenient and comfortable hotel. I went with a friend and we stayed overnight in adjoining rooms. The rooms were very clean and spacey and quiet (facing behind off the main road). Breakfast was a plentiful buffet and included muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon and eggs, cereal and fruit. We particularly appreciated the excellent service of the manager Eman who gave us excellent restaurant suggestions.
