Room was great. Concierge was where I felt it was lacking. We informed them that we were going to the XCel Energy Center for a hockey game that night. They told us that we could save a few $ and get a better ride if we took their free shuttle to the Mall of America, and then called an Uber from there. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes for an uber to arrive at the mall, and it also ended up being a longer drive, costing us more money and time. Excellent place to stay! Very close to airport, and everywhere we wanted to be. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good size, clean, and beds are comfortable. Only complaint would be is their Bistro prices for breakfast are quite high. Otherwise, it's perfect!
Best service ever. Used there shuttle a lot of times and they were second to none right on the spot
Absolutely wonderful hotel! Beautiful, super clean, modern rooms. Nice size pool/whirlpool and a very nice lobby. The bed was huge and very comfy and we felt right at home. This will definitely be our go-to hotel when we're in the area again.
I stayed at your hotel this past weekend. I must say I was very disappointed! I had to switch rooms at 3am, after checking in at 1am, after coming off over a 10 hour drive. I discovered hair in the shower and the beds. The sheets on one bed were so old that it had little cotton balls all over it! I have pics!
