Pool was down, hot tub was down, bathroom vent was broken, hot breakfast was not great but at least there was waffles and cereal. AC and heat worked well. Staff was friendly.
Wonderful service. Toilet was temperamental. They offered to switch rooms but we didn’t want to go to that effort so we managed fine. Just have a plumber look at it! Blackout shade in room needs fixing. Hard to close. Overall it was fine!
Perfect hotel to visit Kennett Square and Longwood Gardens!
