Accidentally locked our bathroom door in the wee hours of the morning. When we discovered this at 8am, a call to the front desk elicited the reply that they had no idea how to unlock it. When we suggested that housekeeping might know how to unlock it, we were told they wouldn’t be in until 8:30 or 9. Very safe and clean hotel, indoor pool!

We were upgraded supposedly but this was the strangest room we'd ever been in. It was as though they converted a adjoining conference room to the bedroom. Tiny fridge with microwave on tip. Wall scones were behind the doors.
Great value hotel. Comfortable beds, nice decor, friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent (fresh fruit, milk and hot food in addition to the standard continental breakfast options) and the hot tub was perfect.
