I arrived way past the check in time. I Called the hotel to let them know and the friendly person who answered the phone held my reservation until I arrived. Check-in was seamless! Room was very clean and comfortable. I will stay here again.
Terrible experience
Close to Longwood Gardens which is greatly appreciated after all that walking.
I stay in about 30 hotels per year. This hotel has the most unhelpful, rude staff I've experienced in years. Eventually, I did get a room and the shower was lukewarm at best. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
Very good hotel option to stay at while visiting the awesome Longwood Gardens. We’re happpy hotel guests !
