La verdad es que la experiencia en el hotel ha sido increíble desde la recepción. Por parte de Kevin, fue fenomenal su calidad de servicio y disposición y buena actitud con nosotros, seguido por soledad que nos atendió genial en el servicio de habitación y para completar la cereza del pastel, Alma en el desayuno. Very accommodating and helpful staff. We arrived midday of our stay prior to check in on a Saturday in late September 2025. Our request to check in early to dress for 3PM wedding was done in a friendly and helpful manner. Tara, the front desk associate went above and beyond and is to be commended ofr her fine service. Our room was clean, well furnished and quiet. Breakfast generous and free as part of reservation. Location a bit tricky to get to when arriving from the north or east- just follow your Google Maps!
