From the moment I booked a conference with Airon, this was an amazing experience. The staff - Kassandra, Cody, Tanya, and Paisley, could not have been more helpful or fantastic! From helping to set-up with our reception, to handling the room block kerfuffle, exceptional customer service! This is will always be my "go to" hotel. Thank you!
The repaving of the parking lot appears to have been planned by a child. I am an ambassador elite member of marriott, and I wont even stay here. The customer is the last thing that is prioritized here. Dont believe me? Go look at the parking lot today.
The positive is the people are real nice and very helpful. The not so nice is the building needs a renovation. Carpeting in the main areas are all stretched out and are a tripping hazard, or the have tape on them. The tiles in the bathrooms are loose, our shower was an ADA shower and was horrible, stains on the rugs in the rooms, and all the corners have dirt build up. The Continental breakfasts are good and that area is real clean and nice. We probably won't be staying there again.
Nice modern room with lots of space. Great water pressure and really nice shower.
