Elevator was out, but that happens everywhere.
horrible experience, first thing elevators not working, we have bags and a newborn and we had to take them up the stairs and receptionist said they are not fixing yhem soon. sprinklers were shooting on my car door and I wasn't able to get in, I asked the receptionist to help stop the sprinklers and she was trying to say she didn't know how to and asked me to step aside for another guest so now I'm just stuck in the reception waiting for them to find out how to close the sprinklers
We enjoyed our stay here! The staff were friendly and our room was very comfortable. The only “negative” is that our window on the first floor was incredibly dirty and not appealing to look at. Otherwise, it was a good experience!
