They don’t have breakfast put out until 7am. There were about 30 people wanting food around 6.15. Great place just wish they would have breakfast available earlier

Thermostat was locked down at 69 degrees and would not go colder. Absolutely ridiculous. When I asked the staff they said only the mgr who was not working could override that. I’ll never stay here again.

This would easily be a 3 out of 5, but they got me an early check-in. The elevator is very suspect to ride in. Stay on lower floors. Shower head was disgusting and should be cleaned or replaced. It limited water pressure because of blockage. They limit the A/C to 69 degrees which is absurd. The window was cracked open when I got to my room (assuming it was to keep the A/C running) and there was already a key card in the slot to keep power running in the room. Average in most respects. Fitness Center with floor to ceiling windows for every passerby to watch and stare, not ideal. Breakfast quality better at Holiday Inn Express.

We enjoyed our stay in Wenatchee but are completely disappointed in the Fairfield Inn. On the morning of our last day a member of the housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking, disregarding the Do Not Disturb sign on our door. It was 9:30am, well before checkout time. Really disappointed and wouldn't feel safe staying here again. The housekeeping staff had only to say they gave someone the wrong room number, and they were sorry. It should be considered Housekeeping 101 that you would at least knock before entering... read more
