Unfoetunately family stayed here over CMAS. Had vehicle broken into and items stolen. No securiry cameras. Not owned by corporate Marriott and no actual manager who could be contacted. Desk would not even contact police to file a report. Blamed it on a homeless encampment that us apparently nearby.
Great service! Staff gave me a signed by all birthday card and snacks very nice surprise.
If I could give the service a 10/5 I would! Anthony, was attending the breakfast bar. The service, care, and attentiveness this gentleman provided exceeded that of some steakhouse I have been to. Anthony is a rock star and he alone would want me to stay here again. On top of that the hotel was very clean and had all the amenities needed.
We had an excellent stay at the Fairfield St. Louis. I'd highly recommend and will stay again! Pros: 🧹Clean, modern rooms Comfortable beds Excellent water pressure in the shower Complimentary hot breakfast had plenty of options and good coffee (saved our family of four a lot of time and money during our three night stay) Staff - Anita was so attentive and accommodating during breakfast!
