RUN AWAY from this place. It has bed bugs. The most traumatic experience. My room had bed bugs and when complained about it, the hotel people were very casual about it. They don’t understand the how serious this is and not letting other guests know about it . There was another case in the same day where another person had to check out due to bed bugs in their room. The staff there is amazing!! Their key card system was down, so they had to walk us to our rooms. No matter how many times we were up and down (3 kids), they walked us with a smile. They even gave the kids (and the parents) little snack bags as we checked out. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!
Musty odors in lobby and in rooms. Likely HVAC issues.
The hotel staff is very helpful. I was in Seymour, IN for a job interview. I had pre-booked an uber to get to the location and my reservation got cancelled because of unavailability of an uber driver in that area. Car rentals were sold out. The hotel manager and the receptionist were very helpful. They tried to find me a ride but nothing was available. The hotel manager gave me a ride to the interview location and offered a ride back. I cant thank enough for their help. I recommend this place 100%.
