I stayed here while traveling across country and booked the room on the app. I selected to use my phone as a key, but upon arrival I was informed I had to check in at the desk and get a key anyway. No big deal. It was about 11:30pm. I got to my room to get showered and in bed but I had no shower curtain! Informed the front desk but it was late at night so I didn’t get a curtain during my stay. Have you ever been downgraded when you checked into a hotel? My first time was here. I had splurged on a suite (or so I thought) since my girlfriend was with me and I would be away at business meetings for the afternoon, I wanted her to have a little more space. Checked in and opened my door to a…double queen room.
