Upon my arrival I was greeted by Rucheen, you was wonderful, funny and knows her job very well. The Hotel is clean and all staff were very friendly.
This is a fine hotel, but when I have had issues requiring correction from management, they have been apathetic and provide a lower level of responsiveness than I have received at other Marriott’s. Whether dirty rooms or flexibility, their message has been “tough”. After my last stay, I decided to take my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same. The one benefit of this hotel is that there are not other Marriott branded hotels close by.
I can't say enough. This place is comfortable. Kind. Clean. The pool is relaxing. Quiet. The rooms are quiet. We did not hear a peep. The staff are friendly. The breakfast bar was delicious every single morning. The breakfast wait staff was a gem. She was absolutely fabulous. The bar was fresh and clean each morning. Yummy food. A great variety. Something for everyone! You just can't beat this hotel! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Pittsburgh! Always a pleasure to be in your city! 5 Stars!
