Would post zero stars if I could. Rude. Disrespectful ‘clerk’. I came with my family to see if I can check in to a room because it was a very long night. Upon arriving I asked if he worked there and the disrespect began. He never not once got up or even made eye contact which is why I asked. He stood sitting on the chair barely answering l me while looking at his phone. Great North Hills location near shopping etc. Desk staff is very friendly. Nice gym and small family friendly pool.breakfast is very good.
Rucheen at reception was great and set the tone for our visit here. She was welcoming and funny; really great. The hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, the gym was nice; it was just a great stay overall. Looking forward to more nights here in the future. Thanks, Rucheen!
Paid good money for a suite and our bed sheets/pillows were dirty, the pull out bed in the couch had food/crumbs folded up in the bed but the worst part was finding dog 💩 from previous tenants. Also 9:30am house keeping tried coming in the door luckily we had the lock on mind you our check out is at 11am. Requested a full refund. Housekeeping is lazy!!
